I interviewed Mr Engle about the Jewish Chaplains' Memorial Plaque tour set to touch down on October 4 at the Greater New Haven JCC n Woodbridge. Mr Engel's father, Rabbi Meir Engel, died in 1964 in Vietnam and he is one of 14 Jewish Chaplains (from WWII, the Korean War and Vietnam) whose name is on the plaque which will be installed in Arlington National Cemetery on October 24, 2011.
